I have made breakfast (some eggs and ham and sausages and beans and toast) so don't be startled when you hear the floo.

I'm bringing a steak and kidney pie that you can put in the cupboard for tonight. And shortbread and ginger biscuits. Can you think of anything else that would particularly tempt Severus' appetite?

Do you want me to be the adult on the premises today? I don't have any appointments until tomorrow morning, and the twins can open the building. I won't try to see them or force any conversations they don't want. But I wondered whether you could use a break.

Ta, Molly, that's very considerate.

I think everyone's holding up reasonably but we would certainly welcome the additional support. (Last night Draco discovered my old record player and - well, I was glad he took an interest, just not necessarily glad he did it so loudly after midnight, with the baby and Dora trying to sleep. He said he was trying to play it loud enough that Hermione could hear, though, which is a very good sign.)

Fair warning: None of them are eating much. Probably simple is best. I think Draco's going to Sherwood today? Or that might be tomorrow, I'm not sure. We've been trying to stay available but not hovering, if that makes sense.

I'll stay for the night. I've brought my knitting, so I can be here making myself ostensibly quietly busy, but available if anyone wants to talk.

I'd tell you not to feel like you have to stay up, but Hermione and Draco have been keeping extremely odd hours. They were Draco was up last night listening to muggle records after midnight.

Goodness, Remus, I raised seven children. I have a lot of experience at going to sleep, knowing perfectly well how to rouse myself if anyone needs me.

Well, I'd have been tempted to forgo the Wolfsbane, but it was Hermione who brewed it for me. So I've been taking it.
